I do not know about you but I am excited about all the possibilities that lie ahead in the coming year…well, sort of. More than anything, I am focused on this present moment. Right here and right now I am grateful, excited, and full of anticipation. I cannot change the past and I will not worry about the future. All I have is right now, this moment.

We spend so much time looking back or forward and forget to simply enjoy the present. We waste precious time and energy on things dead and gone and things that may be ever happen. This year you are invited to savory each moment as it happens. Take your time and enjoy the present. Although cliché, it is true: each day is a gift—cherish it.
